Clinic Patient Representative Job Description Serves as the initial point of contact for patients and visitors, welcoming them to the healthcare setting. Supports operational efficiency by managing appointments, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accurate patient data using computer systems.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor client account activity and perform posting operations to institutional clients.
Review billing transactions related to accounts receivable and resolve client inquiries and complaints.
Perform order entry, registration, and other clerical duties as needed.
Train staff on proper registration and printing of patient reports.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM
