Mountaineer Honda is looking for a Service Advisor to join our growing team with great earning potential! This role is the first point of contact for our service customers and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional service experience. No prior experience is necessary "” we will train you. Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operation of the Express Lane - Provide excellent customer service and care - Schedule service appointments - Advise customers on the care of their vehicle - Document customer vehicle needs and concerns - Obtain customer history and vehicle data Qualifications: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - High school diploma or equivalent - Positive attitude and attention to detail - Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work Saturdays - Mechanical skills and general automotive understanding - Basic computer skills Mountaineer Honda is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
