Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for First-Line Manufacturing Managers (Level K) to support the Metals Manufacturing Team in Salt Lake City, Utah or West Jordan, Utah, on multiple shifts.Position Responsibilities:Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplineDevelops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategiesAcquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvementsDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reportsProvides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processesCoaches, develops and motivates employeesBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Assembly environment3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role3+ years of experience applying continuous improvement tools and techniques3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing data3+ years of experience using Lean Principles3+ years of experience with REDARSCommitment to Go for Zero and Incident Injury Free (IIF) principlesShift:The team is hiring for 1st and 2nd shift.
