Provides estimates and task planning as needed to support business cases and portfolio prioritization.Applies technical knowledge and experience to recommend solutions that achieve business requirements.Designs, develops, tests, and implements functionality in accordance with best practices and the system development life cycle.Develop business rules, workflows, scripts, and UI policies using JavaScript and Flow DesignerBuild integrations between ServiceNow and 3rd party applicationsProvide technical documentation including specifications, user guides, and knowledge articlesConduct code reviews and promote ServiceNow development best practicesStays current with ServiceNow advances to ensure that Guidehouse tooling remains relevant and up to dateWhat You Will Need:Bachelor's and 4+ years of equivalent experience or 8 years of experience in lieu of degreeExperience in ServiceNow Modules ITSM/HRSD/SPM and tools UI builder/Workflow studioProficiency in JavaScript and HTML, with understanding of ServiceNow APIs and integrationsExperience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controlsExcellent verbal and written communication skills· What Would Be Nice To Have:Degree in Computer Science, or related fieldServiceNow Certified Application Developer certificationStrong analytical, problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment while remoteStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levelsDesire to learn, grow, and seek increased responsibilityAbility to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demandsPreference will be given to candidates who are located within 50 miles of a Guidehouse officeThe annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00.
