Job Description & Requirements Nurse Practitioner (NP)***** ASAP Pay ***** $ - $ A collaborative workers compensation rehabilitation-focused pain management clinic in Palo Alto, CA, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its mission-driven, multidisciplinary team that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and a personable approach to patient care. Position ***** ***** Pain management within the Workers Compensation system ***** Flexible; Clinic is Open M-F from 7:30-4:30, See an average of 16-18 patients/day (1-hr consults, 30-min follow-ups) 60% in-person / 40% telehealth visits conducted in the office Join a Collaborative and supportive work environment Compensation & ***** Base salary $190K-$215K Annual performance bonus $10K-$40K+ 401K (4% match after the 1 st year, with immediate vesting) Three weeks PTO, eight sick days, and eight paid holidays $2,000 CME allowance Ideal ***** 1+ year of independent post-grad clinical experience (orthopedics, PM&R, or pain management background preferred).
