Job Description & Requirements Telemedicine Hospice - Palliative Medicine Physician***** ASAP Available ***** 9 Pay ***** $184.30 - $199.50 This facility is seeking a Telemedicine Hospice - Palliative Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this ***** ***** Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call ; Average of 2-4 calls per weeknight and 1-2 hospice admissions per weeknight, Physicians are not typically required to cover calls following 7:00pm on weeknights Practice ***** Outpatient, Telehealth Type of cases and required ***** Interdisciplinary Team consultations, medication consults, telehealth visits, Care Transition Interventions, admissions, and symptom management during call Credentialing ***** 0-10 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic Certifications ***** Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM), Basic Life Support (BLS) Licensure ***** Must have an active Oregon license, Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) Facility Location Nestled at the junction of two great rivers, ringed by pristine forests and ancient volcanoes, Oregons largest city is a great base for exploring the rugged Northwest while on assignment.
