Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.More about our team4A is a 12-bed unit with a 1:5-6 nurse to patient ratio.  We care for post-operative patients including spine surgery, orthopedics, adult ENT, abdominal, thoracic, vascular, and urology cases.  We also see general medical patients.  4A is unique in that it is a small, close-knit department, where nurses and physicians work well together to achieve our common goals. We have physical room for growth, and hope to expand our capacity as we grow our surgical services in the future!How youll contributeA Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needsIdentifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventionsProvides care appropriate to condition and age of the patientPerforms timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical recordResponsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patientPerforms timely and accurate QI assessmentsWhy join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
