Job ID: 2600298Job Description:Role Summary/PurposeThe AVP, Strategic Credit Initiatives role is responsible for managing and driving client initiatives across the Credit and Fraud lifecycle. This includes Acquisitions, Account Management and Transactional Fraud, Authentication, Data Analytics, Data Management, Governance and Reporting. This role serves as the primary point of contact and liaison between clients, leadership and cross-functional teams. Essential ResponsibilitiesLead strategic initiatives across the Credit and Fraud lifecycle, acting as project manager to successfully launch new products, onboard clients, and drive initiatives while minimizing risk exposure and escalations.Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements to ensure clarity and alignment.Oversee and coordinate testing efforts, ensuring all project deliverables meet requirements, uphold high-quality standards, and comply with documentation protocols.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage new client integrations, conversions, merchant terminations, support rebranding efforts, and facilitate client deconversions seamlessly.Drive portfolio growth and enhance client satisfaction by balancing risk management, portfolio soundness, and the deployment of new products and clients through a collaborative cross-functional approach.Champion innovative strategies for product deployment, driving continuous improvement and business innovation.Provide effective and credible challenges to critical business decisions and processes to ensure sound outcomes.Perform additional duties and lead special projects as assigned.Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor’s degree with 5+ years in Project Management OR 9+ years in Project Management without a bachelor’s degree.At least 3 years of project management experience.Minimum 3 years experience working with Fiserv systems.1+ year of cross-functional leadership experience.Ability and flexibility to travel for business as requiredDesired Characteristics:Proficiency with advanced project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Experience with Credit and Fraud policies and procedures.Experience managing complex initiatives in the Credit and Fraud domainsStrong leadership skills with ability to motivate the guide teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProduct Owner Certification (a plus)Eligibility RequirementsYou must be 18 years or olderYou must have a high school diploma or equivalentYou must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding processYou must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Grade/Level 11 The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 – 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
