We specialize in new construction, building additions or alterations, pre-engineered metal buildings, and interior and exterior renovations. We have a team of 40+ construction professionals, 50%+ retention with over 10+ years of experience – that’s the WENCO difference. WENCO is seeking a self-directed working field leader with 5+ years’ of experience to drive our projects forward.Preferred Qualifications:New construction ground up buildings (5,000 SF to 100,000 SF)Design-build pre-engineered metal buildingsInterior renovation projectsConcrete footers and foundationsExperience operating jobsite equipment, backhoe, bobcat, scissor lift, and boom liftJob requirements to include but not limited to:Candidate must have the experience to work independently and as a team.Read drawings and specificationsLeadership skills to teach new hires and develop their skillsManage daily field personnel and equipmentDaily interaction with project manager and subcontractorsMust possess skills to multi-task and meet deadlinesAbility to foresee a 3-week look aheadResponsible for quality control from team and subcontractorsCommitted to maintaining a safe work environmentKnowledgeable in OSHA regulations and enforcing safety guidelines at all timesFirst aid, CPR and 30-hour OSHA training will be requiredPrevious references from past employers or customersPhysical Requirements:Climb up and down laddersBend, squat, twist/turnLift up to 80 poundsPush/pull up to 80 poundsBenefits for eligible full-time employees include Overtime pay, vacation, holiday pay, medical, dental, vision and 401K match.Pay ranges from $35 - $45 per hour, based on experience and qualifications with additional bonus opportunities.WENCO is a drug-free workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
