Position Highlights: Currently recruiting an APP Dedicated support staff and leadership Accessibility Positive office culture Strong referral base Large automotive factories in the area Practice locations in Kokomo and Frankfort Reverse and easy commute from Indy, Carmel and Westfield Responsibilities: Evaluates and treats patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills. Coordinates discharge planning with case management. Recommends, participates in, and works to ensure the success of efforts to improve cost effectiveness and quality of care provided to patients. What minimum qualifications youll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
