LPN - Cardiac Intermediate

Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.Position Details:Graduate Nurse Sign On Bonus $2,000Experienced LPN up to Sign On Bonus $10,000PTO Frontload up to 40 hours for full time experienced LPN's4D Cardiac Surg Intermediate:4D is an intermediate ICU otherwise called a Progressive Care Unit. The unit includes a 28 bed fully monitored unit. We provide high acuity care to critically ill post-operative cardiothoracic, vascular patients, and medical overflow. Common therapies seen on 4D are chest tubes management, lytic therapy, antidysrhythmic, low dose vasopressors, Bipap and high flow oxygen systems, insulin drips, and precedex. 4D works closely with Neuro Trauma PCU and ICUs for opportunities to cross train between departments. We are part of the Critical Care Cluster, which includes all ICUs and PCUs. 4D offers you the chance to deliver compassionate care in a setting that is busy, team oriented, and fulfilling. Learning opportunities are endless and team members are dedicated to mentoring. Career path programs are available to transition into ICU units with an 18-month track.
