We are known for our attention to detail, exceptional craftsmanship, and commitment to quality.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee custom residential construction and remodeling projects from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesReview contracts, proposals, and bids for feasibility, schedule, and cost issuesConduct daily job site visits to monitor quality, progress, safety, and cleanlinessDevelop and maintain project schedules and coordinate material procurementManage subcontractor performance and obtain required permitsLead pre-construction meetings and submit daily job reports to clientsHandle change orders, including scope, pricing, documentation, and approvalsComplete project close-out with punch lists and final walkthroughsTrack actual costs vs. estimates and coordinate with sales and accountingQualificationsMinimum 5 years managing residential construction or remodeling projectsDegree in Construction Management or related field preferredHands-on experience in residential construction tradesProficient in Microsoft Office and construction project management softwareExperience with luxury home construction ($1 million+ projects)Knowledge of residential construction methods and building codesBuilderTrend or CoConstruct experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 based on experienceOpportunity to work on high-end custom residential projectsCollaborative team environment focused on excellence
