This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the supply chain operations within our dynamic construction company. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our supply chain operations, including fleet management, inventory control, document control, budgeting, equipment maintenance, and bill of materials. Your role will also involve developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities:1. Oversee and manage all supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.2. Develop and implement effective strategies for fleet management to ensure optimum utilization of resources.3. Manage and control inventory levels to meet project requirements and budget constraints.4. Ensure proper document control processes are in place and followed, maintaining accurate records of all transactions and contracts.5. Develop and manage the budget for supply chain operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.6. Oversee equipment maintenance programs to ensure the availability and reliability of all construction equipment.7. Develop and maintain the bill of materials, ensuring accurate and timely updates.8. Establish and monitor KPIs for supply chain operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of supply chain operations with other business functions.10. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, developments, and best practices, implementing changes as necessary to stay competitive.Qualifications:1. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the construction industry.3. Proven experience in fleet management, inventory control, document control, budgeting, equipment maintenance, and bill of materials.4. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.5. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.8. Proficiency in using supply chain management software and other relevant computer applications.9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.10. Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance.
