This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves filling gaps, and enjoys wearing multiple hats across HR, operations, and executive support.You’ll work directly with the CEO as their right hand—helping drive operational excellence, supporting our people, and ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re excited about fitness, health, and being part of a performance-driven culture, this role was built for you.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources & People OperationsServe as the primary HR support for employees across the organizationManage employee lifecycle processes including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and offboardingPartner with leadership on hiring and termination decisions, ensuring compliance and best practicesAdminister HR systems and processes using ADP (payroll, benefits, employee records)Support company culture initiatives and employee engagement effortsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsOperations & Business SupportSupport daily business operations and step in to fill operational gaps as neededAssist with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), including coordination between departmentsHelp document, improve, and enforce internal processes and SOPsAct as a problem-solver for operational challenges across teamsOffice ManagementOversee office operations and ensure a productive, organized, and positive work environmentManage office vendors, supplies, and facilities needsCoordinate in-office logistics and team needsExecutive & CEO SupportServe as a trusted assistant to the CEO, helping prioritize initiatives and manage day-to-day tasksAssist with scheduling, internal coordination, and special projectsAct as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams when neededSystems & Tools You’ll Work WithADP – Payroll, benefits, HR administrationNetSuite – ERP and financial operations – Project and workflow managementShopify – E-commerce operations supportWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in HR, operations, or generalist roles (startup or high-growth environment a plus)Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment complianceHighly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple prioritiesConfident communicator with the ability to work directly with senior leadershipTech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quicklyA natural problem-solver who thrives in ambiguityCulture & FitPassionate about fitness, health, and living an active lifestyleHands-on, no-ego mindset—willing to jump in wherever neededAligns with a performance-driven, collaborative, and fast-moving cultureInterested in hearing more?
