Job Description & Requirements Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) PhysicianStartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $ - $ This facility is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 24-hour call (weekends). Shifts begin with night pager call on Friday at 5:00 p.m., followed by 24-hour call 7:00 a.m.-7:00 a.m. through Monday morning. Practice Setting: Inpatient Types of Cases: Labor and delivery, Stabilization of sick neonates with transfer out as needed, Average 17 deliveries per month Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days Certifications Required: Must be Board Certified Licensure Required: Must have Oklahoma medical license, must have Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) and Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs (BNDD) in hand before credentialing can start, may consider Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) if DEA is transferable Job Benefits AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
