Service Technician (Building Automation Systems)

The Building Automation Systems Technician provides independent field hardware and software support on building automation systems, including HVAC control systems, security systems, and life‐safety systems. Responsibilities include system installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and 24‐hour customer service availability. Permanent Postion/Direct Hire. Interviewing immediately. Key Responsibilities - Perform preventive maintenance checks on electronic systems - Provide hardware support on controllers, devices, and pneumatic systems - Deliver on‐site and front‐end software assistance to customers - Participate in 24‐hour on‐call service rotation - Install system additions and turnkey systems - Complete all required documentation and paperwork - Train and mentor junior service technicians - Assist with or independently perform system checkout and start‐up - Communicate with equipment representatives to resolve hardware issues
