Senior Sourcing Manager (Telecom)

Position Title: Senior Sourcing Manager (Telecom) Duration: 6+ months Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through A&B Talent Location: Dallas, TX Payrate: $62.00 to 82.00 Who we are looking for / Requirements: 8–12+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, with strong telecom category expertise Proven experience managing sourcing events and negotiating with telecom providers Experience supporting large, complex organizations (enterprise or Fortune 500 preferred) Strong understanding of telecom services, such as:WAN / MPLS / SD-WAN Mobility programs Voice / UCaaS Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Experience with contract negotiation and supplier management Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field) Performance Objectives / What youll be doing: Lead sourcing strategy for telecom categories including:Network services (WAN, internet, SD-WAN) Mobility (wireless carriers, device programs) Voice / unified communications Manage competitive sourcing events (RFP, RFQ, RFI) end-to-end Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and contracts (MSA, SOW, amendments) Partner with IT, Network Engineering, Finance, and Legal to align sourcing strategy with business needs Develop and execute category strategies focused on cost optimization, service quality, and risk mitigation Manage supplier relationships, including performance reviews and SLA governance Analyze telecom spend, usage trends, and benchmarking data to identify savings opportunities Support transformation initiatives (e.g., network modernization, vendor consolidation) Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and contract standards Perks of working with us / What we offer: Eligibility for Health, dental and vision insurance Participation in Company 401K plan w/ Employer Match The salary, other compensation, and benefits information are accurate as of the date of this posting.
