Director Infrastructure

Princeton Windrows Condominium Association is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Infrastructure to lead the oversight, maintenance, and operational integrity of all buildings, equipment, and infrastructure systems within the community. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable performance of all building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and related components. The Director will manage vendor relationships, oversee capital projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality, responsive services to residents. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, business acumen, and a commitment to service excellence.
