Senior Database Engineer – Secret Clearance Eligible

Job Description: Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to align legacy data with target system requirements. Edit and optimize government-provided SQL queries to meet size limitations and formatting requirements. Configure, test, and execute SQL/JDBC queries from ServiceNow to import data into development, test, production, and sandbox environments. Verify successful data imports, analyze results against system specifications, and identify mapping gaps or transformation issues. Create and manage transform maps to load data into target tables within ServiceNow. Execute XML export/import transformations and manage Excel data files for structured data imports. Maintain reports and controls to track successful transformations, exceptions, and data integrity metrics. Work with project teams to discuss progress, technical challenges, and overall data migration strategies.
