Sr. Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff PI)

Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plaintiff Litigation Attorney to represent clients in various civil litigation cases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing legal strategies, managing cases from inception to trial, and advocating for the rights of plaintiffs in court. This position requires a strong commitment to client advocacy and a passion for justice.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and represent clients in a caseload of personal injury and civil litigation mattersRun point on casesWork directly under managing partnerManage team of two jr attorneys and two support staffConduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documentsDevelop case strategies and represent clients in court trialsNegotiate settlements with opposing partiesCommunicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about their case progressCollaborate with other legal professionals and experts as neededStay updated on changes in laws and court procedures relevant to plaintiff litigationQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolBarred in CA7+ years of experience in civil litigation3+ with a focus on plaintiff personal injury casesTrial experience with a proven track record is preferredExcellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skillsAbility to work independently and manage a diverse caseloadStrong interpersonal skills and commitment to client serviceWillingness to work in officeEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
