In this role, you will advocate for individuals who have suffered injuries, helping them navigate the legal process and obtain the compensation they deserve.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct client consultations to evaluate the merits of potential cases.Investigate accidents and injuries, gather evidence, and build strong cases.Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and opposing counsel.Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlements.Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings. Provide legal guidance and support to clients throughout their cases.
