We are a premier business law firm looking to expand our FDA and Healthcare Regulatory practice. As a member of the team you will provide legal support and guidance on FDA compliance and healthcare regulations, assisting our clients in navigating complex regulatory frameworks in the life sciences sector. If you have 3+ years of experience in FDA regulatory and compliance, we would love to learn more about you!Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice on FDA regulations and healthcare compliance mattersNegotiate, Draft, and review service agreements, clinical trial agreements, and supply agreementsConduct legal research and analyze regulatory policiesAssist in product development processesSupport clients in recall situations and regulatory responsesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on relevant legal mattersStay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and FDA policiesQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD)Licensed in the state of NC3+ years of experience in FDA compliance and healthcare regulatory mattersStrong understanding of life sciences, clinical trials, and product developmentAbility to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectivelyProven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlinesExperience with promotion and advertising of FDA regulated products is a big PLUS!Benefits1600 Billable Hour RequirementCompetitive Compensation plan starting at $125,000.00/year(based on experience)Work from home FlexibilityAnnual BonusEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
