Senior Property Accountant (40670)Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Senior Property Accountant. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of experience, a self-starter, and motivated. This company provides a supportive team, a fun work environment, and competitive benefits. This position is onsite.The salary for this position is $75k - $95k.The Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness Conduct bank reconciliations and analyze monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reportsAssist the operations team with the annual budget process Ensure timely and accurate month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliationsAssist with annual audits and tax preparation, collaborating effectively with external auditors Work closely with property management teams to ensure accurate reporting of property performanceThe Senior Property Accountant will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 2+ years of relevant experience in property accounting or real estate financeBachelors degree in accounting preferred. CPA preferredProficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skillsHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting prioritiesExperience with ResMan or another property accounting system is preferredEqual Opportunity Employer The compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
