My client is seeking a healthcare litigation attorney. They are a well respected, highly successful mid sized firm. The ideal candidate will be a highly ambitious, self driven individual with multiple years of litigation experience in the healthcare space. What you'll do:Represent healthcare clients in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.Defend medical professionals and institutions in malpractice and liability claims.Advise clients on regulatory compliance, risk management, and healthcare policies.Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare case strategies.Stay current with evolving healthcare laws, regulations, and industry trends.Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare litigation.Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or eligible for admission.
