The leader will recruit, develop, and retain top talent.Identify areas of opportunities and develop strategies for improvement within the department.Supervise, train, and develop the capabilities of the team in a manner that enhances the profit center's image and customer experience; Regularly evaluate department teammates, in relation to skills, technical knowledge, and engagement.Work directly with leadership team to develop and implement a learning program for new teammates with a focus on profit center processes, workflows, and customer experience as well as technical insurance knowledge and carrier products.Maintain strong relationships with carrier partners to provide a benefit to the profit center, as it relates to optimizing products and services.Identify, design, and implement service strategies for the profit center.Effectively communicate new opportunities, trends, and industry information to all members of the team.Responsible for the day-to-day customer experience/servicing of the personal lines book of business, including but not limited to processing policies/endorsements, invoicing, issuance of certificates of insurance, claims reporting and follow up as needed, premium breakdowns, auto ID cards, policy changes, review of policy forms, providing coverage comparisons, loss analysis and responding to coverage questions.Build courteous and successful relationships with vendors and carriers to improve teammate and client experience.
