Position OverviewThe Concrete Superintendent - Tilt Wall will oversee the concrete construction operations for tilt wall projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines and budgets. This role is critical in managing on-site activities and leading the construction team to deliver exceptional results for midrise and highrise parking garage projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise all tilt wall concrete construction activities on-siteEnsure compliance with safety regulations and protocolsCoordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines are metReview and interpret blueprints and construction plansConduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work meets industry standardsLead and mentor construction crews, fostering a collaborative work environmentPrepare daily reports on project progress and address any issues that may ariseMaintain inventory of materials and equipment required for construction tasksQualificationsProven experience as a Concrete Superintendent or similar roleStrong knowledge of tilt wall construction techniques and best practicesExperience in managing midrise and highrise construction projectsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction documentsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailProficient in construction management software and toolsBenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
