Foreman - Lead Carpenter

Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced (Sr.) Foreman - Lead Carpenter to oversee and coordinate carpentry projects in construction for majority commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a project/number of projects, ensuring that all work is completed to high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead various projects.Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure project specifications are met.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.Plan and schedule carpentry work to meet project deadlines.Inspect work for quality and adherence to specifications.Manage materials and supplies, ensuring proper inventory levels.Report project progress and issues to upper management.QualificationsProven experience as a carpenter and foreman Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.Be able to both lead projects and be Bags-on-BeltAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.Experience with project management software is a plus.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
