Potential Residency Areas:Med/SurgMed TeleNeuroOncologyOrthoGeneral SurgeryResidency Program Details: Mercy residency program is a year long program consisting of 12 classes, didactic lectures, online modules, simulated learning, presentations, National Patient Safety Goals, and hands-on training with bedside caregivers and nursing leadership. All nursing units have a year long residency that not only prepares you to care for the acutely ill adult but supports nurses as they transition into professional nursing practice.
