Family Law AssociatePosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Associate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and litigation, with a focus on providing exceptional legal services to our clients in divorce and family-related matters.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in family law cases including divorce, custody, and support mattersConduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreementsPrepare for and attend court hearings and trialsAdvise clients on their legal rights and options regarding family law issuesCollaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive case managementMaintain up-to-date knowledge of family law statutes and regulationsQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdictionMinimum of 2 years of experience in family law and litigationStrong understanding of divorce, custody, and family law issuesExcellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational skills and attention to detailEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
