Senior Civil/Water Resources Engineer

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil/Water Resources Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing projects related to water resources, including water and wastewater systems. This role requires a deep understanding of hydrology, hydraulics, and civil engineering principles to ensure sustainable and efficient water management solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of water and wastewater treatment facilities.Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to support project development.Conduct drainage design and grading for various civil projects.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative water resource solutions.Review and approve engineering designs, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.Communicate project status and findings to clients and stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.Professional Engineer (PE) license required.Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in civil/water resources engineering.Strong knowledge of water and wastewater design principles and practices.Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software.Familiarity with drainage design and grading processes.Excellent communication and project management skills.BenefitsWe provide employees with a benefit package that reflects our respect for your workplace contributions, professional goals, and personal priorities.
