Commercial Litigation Attorney

Position OverviewWe are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in a variety of business-related disputes, providing strategic legal advice, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial law and the ability to navigate complex legal challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in court or before governmental agencies in commercial litigation matters.Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to business disputes.Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations in commercial matters.Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution processes as necessary.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations affecting commercial litigation.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California State Bar.5+ years experience in commercial litigation, including breach of contract and business disputes.Strong knowledge of real estate disputes, trade secrets, and intellectual property law.Experience in securities litigation is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.BenefitsHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k)Paid Time OffLong-Term DisabilityShort-Term DisabilitySalary commensurate with experienceEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
