The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in defense litigation, with a focus on insurance litigation, construction, business disputes, premises liability, or related areas. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of seasoned litigators on complex cases while building a rewarding career with a respected firm.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial motions, discovery, trial, and appeals.Handle insurance litigation, construction disputes, business litigation, premises liability, and other defense matters.Develop and implement effective litigation strategies tailored to client goals.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.Manage a diverse caseload while maintaining high standards of legal excellence and professionalism.QualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.At least 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in defense litigation, insurance litigation, construction, business disputes, or premises liability.Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.BenefitsMedicalDental/VisionPTO401kProfit SharingEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
