AttorneyPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney for a leading state-wide defense firm . The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workers' Compensation and Depositions, with a strong understanding of legal procedures and client representation.The firm offers excellent work-life balance, low billing requirement of 175 hours a month, excellent billing bonuses and opportunities for growth.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in Workers' Compensation cases, providing legal advice and advocacy.Prepare and conduct depositions, gathering evidence and testimonies to support cases.Research and analyze legal issues, statutes, and regulations relevant to clients' cases.Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.Proven experience in Workers' Compensation DefenseExcellent written and verbal communication abilities.Trial experience is a plus but not required.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
