Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Attorney to represent clients in workers compensation claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the laws and regulations governing workers compensation and will be adept at negotiating settlements and advocating for clients' rights.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in workers compensation hearings and appealsPrepare and file legal documents, including Section 32s and settlement agreementsConduct legal research and gather evidence to support clients' casesNegotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomesAdvise clients on their rights and the legal processes involved in workers compensation claimsStay current on changes in workers compensation law and regulationsQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in the relevant jurisdictionMinimum of 3 years of experience in workers compensation lawProven track record of successfully handling claimant casesStrong negotiation and trial skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits 401(k) Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Vision insurance Pet insuranceEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
