K-12 Construction Superintendent

SuperintendentPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in municipal and K-12 school construction, with a focus on site safety and subcontractor management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of the construction site.Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.Implement and enforce safety protocols on site in compliance with OSHA standards.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.Prepare and manage project documentation, including daily reports and change orders.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site promptly and effectively.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in municipal and K-12 school construction.Proficiency in Procore and subcontractor management practices.Strong knowledge of construction scheduling techniques.Demonstrated commitment to site safety and OSHA 30 certification.Experience with precast concrete, cast concrete, and framing is a plus.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.BenefitsCompetitive Salary $90K - $130KMedicalDentalVisionPTO/VacationBonus OpportunitiesEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
