Healthcare Superintendent (OSHPD/HCAI)We are a full-service general contractor with a fresh and inventive approach to construction and a commitment to build to the highest standards for the corporate, healthcare, education, technology, and life sciences markets. As a building company, we self-perform work to assure the greatest degree of quality and scheduling control.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage our healthcare construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HCAI/OSHPD standards and ensure that all aspects of construction are carried out efficiently and safely, while adhering to project timelines and budgets to support organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations on construction sitesCoordinate and supervise subcontractors and labor crewsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and building codesMonitor project progress and report on status to stakeholdersConduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are metManage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completionCommunicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholdersQualifications5+ years of proven experience as a Superintendent in medical/ healthcare constructionExperience with HCAI/OSHPD projectsStrong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulationsExperience with ground-up construction and tenant improvements (TI)Excellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management software (e.g. Prolog), and Scheduling software (e.g. Primavera)Bachelor's degree a plus!BenefitsEmployer-paid Medical/Dental/VisionEmployer-paid Short- and Long-Term DisabiilityEmployer-paid Life InsuranceEmployee-sponsored pet insuranceFSA + HSA401(k) with 4% match!PTO + HolidaysHealth and wellness program...and more!Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
