Associate Attorney in The Woodlands, TX near Spring, TXPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support our firm's practice in various areas including general business, real estate, construction, employment, oil and gas, and litigation. This role is essential in assisting senior attorneys in providing exceptional legal services to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.Assist in the preparation and representation of cases in court or arbitration.Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather information.Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and legal arguments.Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.Assist in negotiations and settlements for cases as needed.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the state.2+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in either: business, real estate, construction, oil & gas, estate planning/probate, trademarks, employment law.Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Familiarity with oil and gas law and litigation practices is a plus.BenefitsFull Benefits: Medical, Life, DentalPTO401(k)LifeTime Gym Membership (heavily discounted) and more Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
