Insurance Defense Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for our Ontario office. The ideal candidate will have experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, employment, or other insurance defense proceedings.Key Responsibilities:Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearingsNegotiate settlements and manage client reportingIndependently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervisionQualifications:Must be licensed to practice law in California (additional state licensure is a plus)3-12+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)Experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, employment, and other insurance defense proceedings (Required)What We Offer:Competitive salaryGenerous bonus structureFull benefits packageSupportive and collaborative work environment
