Job DescriptionOur client, a well-regarded community hospital serving a diverse population in New York City, is seeking an experienced Radiology Supervisor (CT/IR) to oversee operations within their CT and Interventional Radiology (IR) departments. This leadership role offers a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to manage a dedicated team of eight technicians in a 24/7 CT department and an 8-hour daily IR department.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the daily workflow of the CT and IR departments. Manage staff scheduling, including overseeing shifts and overtime to ensure seamless operations. Provide technical guidance and support to radiology technologists, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and best practices. Maintain quality control standards and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Collaborate with hospital leadership to enhance efficiency and patient care in imaging services. QualificationsCertified and licensed CT/IR Technologist with relevant experience. Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a hospital radiology setting. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage schedules, staffing, and workflow effectively.
