Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will represent clients in labor and employment disputes, specializing in wrongful termination, discrimination cases, and PAGA class actions, primarily on the defense side. This role involves providing expert legal advice, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct legal research and analysis related to labor and employment law.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Represent clients in litigation, including trials and hearings.Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in employment disputes.Advise clients on compliance with labor laws and regulations.Stay updated on changes in labor and employment law to provide accurate legal counsel.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California State Bar.Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor and employment law litigation.Strong understanding of wrongful termination, discrimination, and employment disputes.Experience with PAGA class actions is preferred.Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.BenefitsHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k)Paid Time OffLong-Term DisabilityShort-Term DisabilitySalary commensurate on experience ($150k-$200K+)Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
