We are continuing to grow and want you to grow with us!This role is to report 2-3 days per week in our Cleveland office**We also have Tax Manager and Sr Manager openings on our HNWI/Trust & Estate team**ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development:Responsible for strategy and growth of the firm's HNWI services, including identifying market trends, anticipating opportunities, and developing go-to-market strategies/plansBuild strong relationships and interact regularly with clients, internal client partners and up-and-coming talent, external industry groups, Centers of Influence, industry Market Leaders in adjacent sectors, and Service Line Leaders - coordinating to align skills with market trends and drive strategic technical leadership hiresClient ExperienceServe and build relationships with clients, monitoring client service and value proposition, acting as trusted advisor to ensure we are a premium provider providing quality work, open communication, sound advice, and proactive serviceDevelop a comprehensive approach to meet the needs of HNWI clients, including leadership around structuring and compliance with a focus on scaling the practice and demonstrating intellectual curiosity to ensure client needs are metAdjust client pricing, strategy, and services as necessary Leadership, Mentorship & Staff DevelopmentRespect and celebrate the value of each of the stories, backgrounds, perspectives, and ideas of each of our team members, building meaningful relationships with all those you interact withBe growth oriented and work towards building a leveraged model, when appropriateProvide mentoring and motivation to the team, including developing young leaders via active contribution to training and developmentExhibit forward thinking, innovation, and delivering an exceptional work product TechnicalPerform Senior Manager or Managing Director level tax advisory, compliance review and tax return signoffServe as a go-to resource for technical questions or knowledgeAct as a technical and/or business leader both internally and externally What You NeedThis role is to report 2-3 days per week in our Cleveland office**We also have Tax Manager and Sr Manager openings on our HNWI/ Trust&Estate team**At least 14 years in public accounting with an emphasis in taxationPrevious Director Level Experience Is PreferredWe encourage anyone who has been in the Sr Mgr seat for at least 5yrs to apply!Experienced working with HNW and UHNW individuals, trusts and estatesExperienced with HNWI in the $5M - $50M rangeCPA licenseM.S. in Taxation is preferredWhat's In It for YouCompetitive base pay ($200k-$260k) DOE27 days PTO + 10 holidays + "unplugged" daysFlexible Hybrid scheduleAnnual bonus401k w/ matchand more!This role is to report 2-3 days per week in our Cleveland office**We also have Tax Manager and Sr Manager openings on our HNWI team**BenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
