The ideal candidate will have a background in handling a diverse range of cases, including automotive, general liability, construction, slip and falls, personal injury, and premises liability claims.This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team with a track record of success in insurance defense. Candidates will work in a hybrid environment, with some travel to the office required. PA Bar membership is a must, and NJ Bar membership is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Manage and represent clients in all aspects of insurance defense litigation.Handle cases across various areas of law, including automotive, general liability, construction, slip and fall, personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability.Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials.Advise clients on case strategies and provide regular updates.Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the efficient handling of cases.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance companies.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active PA Bar membership required.
