Construction Project ManagerSalary: $90,000 - $110,000Locations: Akron or Columbus, OHPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Project Manager with expertise in Construction Management to join our team. Join our reputable, growth-driven environment and be a part of our continued successKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with local government regulations and environmental standards.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.Oversee procurement and resource allocation to ensure project needs are met.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.Experience with heavy civil infrastructure projects (Bridges, Roads, Underground Utilities, Water Lines).
