Metro Area.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and drive various construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial construction projects, focusing on ground-up developments and tenant improvements for a variety of commercial projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Conduct regular site meetings to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide financial reporting.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects, including ground-up and tenant improvements (e.g. offices, retail, restaurants, etc.)Strong understanding of construction procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.BenefitsCompetitive Compensation: $110k-140k DOEMedical/Dental/VisionPerformance based bonuses401(k) w/ company matchTuition reimbursement...and more!Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
