You will be responsible for leading end-to-end electrical design, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all electrical solutions meet the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and innovation.What You'll Do Lead the electrical design and development of high-tech and mission-critical Define equipment specifications, load calculations, and power distribution Oversee project design coordination with mechanical, structural, and architectural Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other modeling tools to prepare detailed electrical system Conduct site assessments and construction administration, ensuring seamless Work with clients and internal teams to develop energy-efficient, scalable electrical Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, building codes, and sustainability Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project Support the commissioning process, verifying performance and system What You Bring 5+ years of experience in electrical systems design for mission-critical or high-tech Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering (ABET-accredited program required). Professional Engineer (PE) license Strong background in power distribution, critical backup systems, and emergency power Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and other electrical design Knowledge of NFPA, NEC, IEEE, and other regulatory Experience working with HVAC, fire protection, and mechanical-electrical Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships and support business development Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership Why Join Us?
