Electrical PMPosition OverviewThe Electrical PM is responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, and managing a team of electricians and subcontractors. The role requires strong leadership and project management skills to effectively coordinate multiple projects within commercial and industrial settings.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage electrical construction projects from inception to completion.Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.Coordinate and supervise the work of electricians and subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for multiple projects.Act as a liaison between management, clients, and project teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.Assist in estimating project costs and preparing bid proposals.Provide training and mentorship to junior team members and new hires.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Proven experience in electrical construction, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and best practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Experience in both commercial and industrial electrical projects.Benefits401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceVision insuranceEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
