Roofing SuperintendentPosition OverviewThe Roofing Superintendent will oversee and manage all roofing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, managing materials, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completionCoordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflowManage and order materials required for roofing projectsConduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are metTroubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the projectMaintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hoursTrain and mentor roofing crew members on best practices and safety protocolsEnsure compliance with all local and national building codes and regulationsQualificationsProven experience as a Roofing Superintendent or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of roofing systems including TPO, Single-Ply, modified, and metal roofingFamiliarity with commercial roofing projects and steep slope roofingExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical specificationsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in roofingBenefitsFull medical, dental, vision, 401k.Company truck if eligibleColorado employees will receive paid sick leave.
