This role involves overseeing change-outs, retrofits, and installations of complex electrical and control systems for projects ranging from $100K to $3M. The superintendent will manage the day-to-day activities of a team of 10-15 mechanics, apprentices, and helpers, ensuring safety, budget adherence, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate work for electrical mechanics, apprentices, and helpersManage a team of 10-15 electriciansProvide guidance and demonstrate best practicesPerform or assist in electrical installations as neededPrioritize safety and promote a safety-first cultureTeach and coach to prevent injuriesCollaborate with the Electrical Project Manager to discuss labor and material requirements and evaluate work progressEnsure project completion meets schedule, budget, and quality standardsQualifications:Previous leadership experience as a Lead Electrician, Foreman, Supervisor, or Superintendent on commercial electrical projectsIn-depth knowledge of commercial electrical and control systems7+ years of experience (preferred)Journeyman or Master's Electrical License (preferred)Ability to interpret blueprint drawings and plansThorough knowledge of OSHA safety regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Office and internet usageHigh energy level for a dynamic workloadExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsClean driving record and ability to pass a drug screen and background checkEOE M/W/Disability/Vets
