K-12 Construction Superintendent

SuperintendentPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage our construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, scheduling work, and maintaining site safety, particularly within the K-12 school construction sector.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily construction operations and manage onsite teams to ensure project goals are met.Coordinate subcontractors and manage their performance to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases of construction.Implement and enforce site safety policies to maintain a safe work environment for all staff and subcontractors.Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in municipal construction, specifically in K-12 school projects.Proficient in Procore and experienced in subcontractor management and scheduling.Strong knowledge of site safety regulations, including OSHA 30 certification.Experience in handling various aspects of construction including precast concrete, cast concrete, and framing is a plus.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to solve problems effectively and work under pressure.BenefitsCompetitive Salary $90K - $130KMedicalDentalVisionPTO/VacationBonus OpportunitiesEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
