Job DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Electrician Grade 4MA to join our 2nd shift team. This role involves planning, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex electrical systems and equipment, including motors, digital drives, high-voltage circuits, and control panels. The ideal candidate will have extensive electrical experience in an industrial setting, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety and continuous learning.Schedule & Compensation2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 11:00 PMBase Pay: $37.95/hourShift Differential: +$1.50/hourOvertime: Available as business needs dictateKey ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair electrical motors, drives, and control panelsTroubleshoot electrical issues, including PLC programming and digital drive operationsMaintain and install electrical services for plant lighting, HVAC, and equipmentPerform preventative maintenance and machine changeoversMaintain the boiler room and calibrate scales/equipmentComplete required paperwork and follow safety procedures (Lockout/Tagout, NFPA70E)Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizationsRequired Knowledge & SkillsElectrical Systems: AC/DC circuits (100V, 200V, 480V, 2300V)PLC & Controls: Familiarity with PLC programming, HMIs, sensors, level controls, and AC/DC drivesSafety & Compliance: Understanding of electrical safety principles and industrial safety regulationsTroubleshooting: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficientlyTechnical Proficiency: Experience using SAP CMMS or similar maintenance management systemsPhysical Requirements & Work EnvironmentClimbing ladders, working at heights, and balancing on liftsLifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, crouching, and working in confined spacesExposure to high temperatures (120°F+) and cold conditions (below 32°F)Potential exposure to fumes, solvents, hydraulic oils, and loud noise (PPE provided)Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Safety shoes, gloves, and glassesHearing protectionRespirators (as required for chemical use)If you are a highly skilled Electrician Grade 4MA looking for a 2nd shift opportunity with competitive pay and career advancement potential, apply today!
